  At maternity I was so much greatful by the hands and the heads that was with my wife headed by Dr. Sam Ngugi. He did more than I expected. I pray God to bless his family together with all the nurses who were on standby, not forgetting the kitchen staff with warm water and hot foodstuffs.
  
  The billing side was a bit slow. But I thank the aga Khan team.

  Experience giving birth at the maternity department: There are some good doctor's. And the nurses work as a team with the doctors which is good. Most nurses are great and real proffesionals. They know how to do their job well. Some of the nurses seem overworked and are not sharp on details towards the clients. And make (serious) mistakes. They screw up in follow-up appointments with clients and forget to give the right medicines and explanations how to use medication. They should pay more attention to communication and explanation towards clients. The department is not clean enough. Doctors and Nurses are sloppy working clean. And mosquitos are swarming the place. Improvement is needed.
  
  Pathology Department: Experiences with Dr. Salma Mohamed Bikuu. Although she seems to know what she is doing, Sometimes her attitude towards clients could be more professional. And listen more carefully. At one point she laughed at a client which is not done and disrespectful.
  
  Sometimes it seems the earning model of the Aga Khan is subscribing as much medication as possible. Even when it is not needed. Be aware of taking unneeded (expensive) medication.
  
  Organization of appointments and invoices can be chaotic. Be prepared waiting for ages.
  
  Staff is friendly and helpful which makes up for many of the inconveniences :-)

  Though a little expensive but have good Medical services. The doctors are very friendly and the general staff is also patient friendly.
  The Hospital also has resident Consultants just in case complications arise.
  I like this place
