TACC is fantastic for those practical items but with a little chic. Great selection of wine glasses, dining sets, summer table mats, candles, hand towels, LED Bathroom mirrors Nice all round selection

Just like Joyce, I had a horrible customer care experience. I had a good reception with the guards at the gate. I then proceeded to find a section with taps. We found a staff who directed us; walked with us for a while and abandoned us along the way only to reappear inside the building a few minutes later. We walked into the building which was under renovation and no one was there to provide direction. We walked into the messy sales room and there were a bunch of staff leisurely seated. We walked around identifying the taps we wanted but no one attempted to come and help us. We walked away without being asked a question. What a horrible place to purchase items. I will not be back in Lavington branch despite being my closest. i will try the Garden City branch and see if there is a difference. Step up or you will step out of business. There are plenty of stores where we can get better customer service.

Awesome selection of interior fittings. Some very high quality and exclusive pieces both in the Furnishings Department and in the Tiles & Sanitary ware section. The staff is friendly and the price range is fair. However, You may occur a slight wait here and there in their processes. But in the end of that rarity, it's always worth it

There are two buildings; one for furniture and fittings and the other for curtains and soft furnishings and all you need for interior decor. Service can definitely be improved to ensure customers needs are attended to. Best time is in the morning when you get the attention you need.
