3 star rating as my son's hot water bottle opened and his bed was wet and had to share a bed with his grandpa. Let mgt know about it but not much was done and no complementary compensation. Food was good though and so was the coffee.

Incredible resort! The tents are very well maintained and they have everything you could need. Very luxurious! They are all facing outward into the conservatory so you can see wildlife outside your tent at anytime day or night. The food is also incredible, they have top chefs working in their kitchens. Would 100% love to stay here longer next time.

Tented camps are cleaned and restocked at intervals. Rooms are self-contained. Some tents have a view of the water front, where you can see various animals (Elephants, Rhinos, Giraffes, Antelopes, Gazelles, etc).

Its a very big property. Our tent was located facing the landscape. We could see some zebras, rhinos, wild pigs, deer & wilder beast from our tent. They come really close to the tent area. You may wake up with a deer sitting next to the tent door.The tent has well built toilet and bathroom area and we faced no issues with it.
The food is good, covers a decent variety of cuisines. Had a few Indian dishes as well. None of the tents have telephones or any other medium to get in touch with the reception. You will have to walk to the reception for everything. The services are good though.
We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.

We had an amazing visit at Sweetwater's. The attention to detail was amazing. The food was so good I ate long after I was no longer hungry. A beautiful spot to spend a few days.

It's a tented camp. Found it to be a it far from nanyuki. It's in the park and on has to pay park fees to access. Dine as you watch animals at the famous watering hole.

We've stayed at a number of tented camps in Kenya and Sweet Waters is our favourite hands down. It is the staff that make this place truly special. The service is wonderful and the staff are always so happy to greet you and make sure your stay is good. The tents are wonderful and the food is very good. No pool, but that doesn't bother us!

Compared to other tented camps we've stayed in Kenya, we really enjoyed our stay at Sweetwaters. The tents facing the watering hole were lovely, with amazing morning views of Mount Kenya. The tents feel rustic but are completely comfortable. The dining hall is just a short walk away, and the food was wonderful. The stir fry and pasta bar was the best, especially for the kids! Our waiter was also very delightful and made sure we were always taken care of.

Definitely recommend this place! Amazing clean tent which is cozy and have separate bathroom and toilet. The staff would put hot water bags in your bed at night. The staff is nice, they serve delicious food! You can see elephants, giraffes right beside when you are having your breakfast. You can see crystal clear of stars at night which is fabulous.

Absolutely loved this place, and the staff was incredible and welcoming. Even saw lions on the night game drive. Amazing accommodation as well, not what I expected a tent to be like; hot water for showering, with a nice bed.

Wonderful place, we got to see so much of the wildlife close up at the watering hole, including rhinos and elephants. The herds of zebra and impala walking past the front of our accommodation was amazing. Safari tour was good, again had the opportunity to see elephants, rhinos, zebras, buffalo's and baboons. Went out later on in the evening ourselves and were able to see a lion.

Everything i falls into place here. Wildlife is as close as to your tent as you would wish it would be. The staff are engaging, pleasant, eloquent and thorough in giving you an awesome experience. The food is by Serena, as always first class. The backdrop is Mt Kenya and Mt Meru. Finally they have archery which is a good distraction if one just wants to keep busy when not at the Chimpanzee conservancy or on a game drive. Once you get there, you will not want to leave.
