I paid up for a room in this hotel/ resort. When i walked into the room, after paying, I found this faulty:

1. The toilet was leaking
2. The toilet was dirty like someone has just used it
3. Wifi connecting but not working
4. Bathroom light not working
5. Bed broken on back left side
6. A lot of dust (causing a problem to colleague and self coz of allergies)
7. The swimming pool is brown - it looks like a neglected swamp.
8. Towel had lipstick on it
9. Walls were dirty.
Among others.

I immediately asked for a refund (as I had paid for 5 nights) and only got 50% back from day two. I never slept in the hotel.

The owner is money hungry and talks too much.

A pathetic place to stay. Pathetic service. Avoid at all cost!!!
