  You guys are just but a joke. You says you open at 8am. Now its 8.17 AM and no one has even bothered to open. Pathetic service

  I've been at the banking hall for the last 1hour, there's apparently no power and no back up power so no one can do any withdrawal or any transactions, no mpawa withdrawals or transactions, it's quite ridiculous! For a while bank to give an excuse of no power hence no transactions pin this day and age??? Their online system and mobile app and the MMI codes never work!
  
  The banking hall is full of frustrated and angry clients. We will make the move to other saccos as clearly this is no longer working efficiently as expected.
  They have four counters but at any one time regardless of how long the queue, only two counters are operational and even then at VERY Very slow speeds!

  Friendly service from both counters and personalized care. Photocopy station is down the road so make sure you make your copies before going in.

  The parking lot a very packed. Don't recommend driving there. Better to park near by and walk.
