Star Times WAS good but now became simply worthless. Every day a channel blacks out 3 to 4 times for minutes, showing the message E022, this channel can not be watched now. It can be no matter which channel, from Citizen over National Geographic or Fox to Star Times sports channels. But every 30 days they don't have any problem accepting payment. I am considering to end my subscription.

I loved how fast they worked on my case. I went there because my decoder suddenly lost sound. Was told to come 2days later and they had exchanged my decoder for a new one and all the charged me was 500bob, a guy named Steve helped me, he was very professional

Poor customer service, all they care about is your money and they forget they're a service provider, when you call customer care every agent has his or her own opinion which is different from the other.
