Good intentions but a lack of know how! The location is good, far enough from the noise of Nanyuki but near enough to be convenient. The owner has good intentions but lacks the knowledge of running a hospitality business. What's the use of expensive crockery and cutlery if you don't provide bread or toast with eggs? Great tea pots but horrible tea? They should learn to spend a little for quality stuff. Much too expensive for what you get. There are better places that are more reasonably priced in Nanyuki. Would not go back if I can help it.

The Indian owner had no courtesy, came screaming to our room on the first evening, very rude. The staff are good though. We did self catering, which was cheaper because we were a group. Water heating is a sham, no mosquito nets, bogus place. What pulls you through here is positive mental attitude.

Room is full of spider and insects. Big area but not maintained. You can find owner cow grazing in the garden.
You have to dine in their restaurant only they don't bring food in rooms.
Equator is very close to hotel.

Very nice place to stay at Beautiful area and the.cottages are extremely lovely! They also have Kids playing areas and a nice ground area to play.

Quite and nice place. Though Nanyuki night cold gets through the tents. Food is nice and well done. Staff quite welcoming.

Do not eat at the restaurant here.

I'm not picky. I'm not fussy. I have been in Kenya long enough to not expect the same standards as we would in the UK. This place is awful however.

The cutlery was filthy. There were ants crawling all over the table, and the salad. The waitress knocked over my drink, didn't even offer to replace it, or clean the table. Ordered chicken, asked for no batter on it. The chicken came out with batter on, and the staff argued with us that it wasn't batter. They eventually agreed to bring out a replacement, with no batter. This time the chicken was raw. The noodles I ordered were the instant variety (pot noodle / super noodle). The hole where they top up the salt and pepper shakers was shut with dirty tissue.

Avoid this place at all costs. There are many decent places to eat in Nanyuki. This isn't one of them.
