  Can't recommend anyone to this bus.. First there was delay, we left nrb at 10:15 pm instead of 9:30 pm.. We had booked the bus to Ukunda ksh. 1700 each but reaching msa the conductor said they were not going there.. He wanted to give us a number to follow up on the issue as he was getting late!.. That's when now we had to act till they gave us ksh. 300 for going to ukunda. No drinks offered by the bus.. Ata maji tu hakuna.. The bus even had some drunk passengers !.. No security check when people are boarding.. Sorry but it was the first and last time to use your busses. The numbers they've put on the receipt for enquiry are never picked up.. 👎👎

  Beware of con men in this bus. They rob passengers by drugging them. Spanish Coach does not verify their passengers before travelling. Con men take advantage to give fake details and then steal from passengers. And what is surprising, the company will never assist you when you are drugged. They will just leave you there. Be careful with this bus
