Room sizes excellent. Service over busy weekends dodgy and slow. Not a child friendly place at all - from the staff to the Menu.

Great hotel; very clean and tastefully decorated rooms; very clean
Friendly staff and very helpful though service can be quite slow; management needs to do more to ensure there are no lapses in service delivery
The menu options are quite limited and uninspiring- it would be good idea to have a greater variety in the menu and infuse some creativity on the dishes

The swimming pool is awesome. And the Pizzas; I'd do them any day, any time

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the government buildings, the state lodge Kisumu, regional police headquarters just to name a few, making it very secure. Excellent service from the reception to the room service, gives one a choice between buffet and live cooked meals, beautiful quiet rooms and hall. Perfect get away.

Absolutely great hotel! Hands down the fanciest rooms I have stayed in. I love the friendly service and the newspaper in the morning was quite a unique but pleasant touch! The food is okaynothing to write home about though. The only place for improvement is their conference facilities are quite small. Not much of a business hotel but overallabsolutely great!

Staff are ever smiling, friendly and helpful. Food is great and they have a good breakfast choice. Rooms are very clean and WiFi is available in all areas although signal strength varies in various rooms. It is best at the lounge near the reception. The piped music during breakfast is lovely. Great location about 1 -1.5 kms to the city centre.The bar man makes some pretty nice cocktails. Good ambience. It's a home away from home. Ideal for families and business travellers alike. My first choice accommodation when in Kisumu.
