The only thing hindering this place from getting a 5 star rate from me is their customer service. A very nice n cool place with good and hotel facilities but the stuff can't relate properly to the customers.

A very beautiful place ideal for family getaway, wedding reception etc located at Majengo, Gisambai Market. Their services are affordable .The food is very yummy. Definitely a home away from home.

A beautiful place to be. Has outdoor space to sit and have fun. There is a swimming pool , and so many places to have fun. Their dishes are delicious.

It has a pool and a gym the prices are a bit high but your child won't get bored. The milk shake was just milk with a dash of ice cream and sorbet. It was not properly mixed.

We had booked 5 rooms for 27th April. We had paid 60% in advance on line. However when we went there for the stay, they refused any prior reservation was made. Once we showed them the online receipts of the reservation done,they were evasive, the only 2 ladies in the reception would hardly talk to us.
We were told sorry,as they had given the rooms to some others.
Food is just about average.
Personnel there are not cooperative.
Cleanliness is average.
But the place is beautiful, gardens very well planned, pleasant weather, nice location.response / report this review -
