I had acrylic nails done at Gigiri on Monday. It took 2 1/2 hours and the result was shocking. It looked like a child had stuck on false nails from the supermarket.
I complained (but paid because I had no time to spare!) and the manager said they would look into it.

By Wednesday they offered to do the nails again, but no goodwill gesture to acknowledge that I had wasted 2 1/2 hours.

I really don’t call this customer service.

I just love this classy quite and beutiful place. I was given the spa package as a gift from a wonderful friend on my birthday and I was treated treated like a Queen. I felt good! I was also given a bottle of champagne to be part of my birthday celebration!
