  Semoh Cottage Resort has the best choma I've had in a while. If you are on your way to or from Kisumu it's a nice place to stop for a meal. You should, however, be ready to wait for your meal. There's a small playground for the little ones. Good food, good service.

  Everything was pretty decent for the price but the staff is just the worst. Super unprofessional, unkind, total disregard for the customer, lazy and complacent and a whole lot of negative attitude. Getting anyone on the reception either on phone or going there personally is nearly impossible. But compares to any of the places around there, this is probably the best pick for an overnight stay.
