  Satima pick is the highest point at Aberdare Ranges ranging at 4001 Meters above see level. The pick has a spectacular view across three countys Murang'a, Nyeri, and Nyandarua. Altitudes are very high causing difficulty in breathing, the place is cold and windy. Despite the handles to get there the experience is worth. Above the Salient is the extensive moorland and giant heather zones of the park.
