The trainers in the Gym are pretty rude. No encouragement, just scream at you and call each other to check you out as you struggle. Also pretty expensive.

Worst customer service in a gym ever. The manager was extremely rude when I asked them to hold off my membership due to medical reasons I paid for 10 sessions but after 2 sessions was unable to continue working out-I'm 14 weeks pregnant and had an emergency which prompted my doctor to instruct that I stop high impact exercises indefinitely.. I explained this to the manager and was ready to provide a medical report but she instead gave me a lecture on how her gym can't do any thing about my issue and I that I probably have no idea how businesses work if I expect her to do what I asked. I didn't expect a refund all I asked was that they freeze the sessions I had paid for so I could use them when it was medically safe to do so. I have worked out in gyms in Nairobi that gladly freeze memberships for medical or travel reasons if you inform them early enough. It's a shame because the trainers in the gym are a very good team.
