  Amazing staff and services. Went for a body scrub and a cold shoulder massage. The staff are very friendly and proffesional. I recommend the spa if you want to have some alone time and just relax.

  The service was courteous and friendly, the place is nice and zen. But the hair treatment was not the one I booked/requested and the results were not as I expected.
  
  Abel, the spa manager, followed up courteously and offered several options to satisfy my needs.

  My favorite spa in Nairobi. Great staff wonderful service. I recommend saffron all the way. Ask for Milly while you are at it she's my favorite aha
