Bad customer services. Giant businesses in Africa follow this bad trend of not caring as soon as they become popular.
The internet service is one of the best on Kenya at the moment but a lot more needs to be done for them to become a top service provider.
They will hardly pick up your line when you call to enquire and have fake promotions that do not work.response / report this review -
