Safaricom, the best and oldest and most popular service provider in kenya. With largest number of users. So it's not unusual to note that the customer care service is always full and crowded. I have never left that place unsatisfied. All Safaricom staff are professionally serving the customers. After coming back, Safaricom also sends us sms, asking for feedback , on how well we were served. Safaricom is un matched, and will always be. It is always one step ahead. Then the others follow.

Very helpful and friendly staff, but it's kind of small for the numbers it has to handle. Mondays are especially crowded and the loud music for their promotions outside is almost unbearable. Otherwise they make a great effort to serve Kenyans. The queue management system has especially made the service much faster.
