It's an awesome residential place for a majority of students living n schooling in thika. Multi-dwelling and single houses, and gardens are commonest here.

Despite having many students, it does have quiet families. Easily accessible to town, perfect street lights and constant police patrols. We have a few pharmacies and several clinics.
