Very friendly staff,amazing food,clean pool. It's however a little far from town and the food takes long but is worth the wait.

The hotel is exquisite, the ambience great. It's located in a hilly serene environment. I'll score it 5 any day the hospitality from the staff remains top notch.

I loved everything about Grand Royal Swiss. The rooms n services were superb. The staff were so hospitable n respectful towards us. The food has always been so delicious since day one. I love everything about you n wish to visit again n again. Would also recommend other people to the hotel

Great hotel and service including airport pickup. Pleasantly surprised to see that they include shaving kit for men in the room plus a toothbrush and toothpaste just in case you forgot. Nice touch. Sometimes those little things make all the difference.

The place is exquisite.the top lawn was supposed To be placed in THW top most Hotel floor for a more panoramic view Of the hills . service is good. For those who love time away in a quite place without minding your pockets..this is your place .

The kind of place you arrive at and go like "You mean such a Hotel exists in Kisumu?"
Very cool and beautiful Hotel neatly perched on the eastern side of Riat Hills. You will definitely love the peace, hoping you don't find the, now common, large teams attending conferences and meetings. The meals were somewhat flat, I would say too ordinary for such a place; not anything to write home about. I bet the Hotel has a lot of room for improvement in this area.response / report this review -

Meticulously done, quiet and classy ambience. Wonderful staff attitude, friendly community. Minor areas of improvement: response time to issues reported; and to diversify the food offering. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back and recommend the hotel to others.👌👍

The place is one of the few upscale hotels in Kisumu. Located just away from the CBD, the ambitious vision of the establishment's planning can be appreciated but is however still yet to be fully realised. The food is OK at best but the rooms and lounge areas are impressive. Despite its isolation, the venue lacks good backdrops but the swimming pools are fine.
