The trip was fantastic. The travel agent- Illiyuna as well as the driver - Jamal were professional and excellent. The safari was competitively priced and we enjoyed ourselves. The vehicle was also in perfect condition and ideal for the rough terrain of the Mara. Keep it up Rickshaw Tours.

Well organised trip to Amboseli. Yuna the agent was professional and covered all necessary details. They also provided baby seats which was very useful. Driver and vehicle provided were also excellent which made for an all round great trip.

Competitively priced as well.

Rickshaw Travels has made our 5-day Safari holiday to Kenya a very memorable experience with their tailor made holiday package which was meticulously arranged and organised to suit our requirement. Thanks to the very cooperative and accommodating travel consultant, Ms. Illiyuna. She and her team added a personal touch to our holiday itinerary. Also we were provided with an excellent tour guide, Johnson Munyiri who was very knowledgeable, flexible and enthusiatic. He has a fantastic eye for spotting animals in their natural habitat. Overall it has been a very satisfying and a great experience. Surely we will visit Kenya again and no doubt it will again be through Rickshaw Travels

I enjoyed my trip. I loved the places we visited. I am glad I went for the trip. The town tour had a fantastic guide. However, there were two disappointments that I got from the other places that we visited 1) communication from the tour guides for the desert tour; there was need to sensitize us on what to expect and how to handle the situation. 2). The tour to Burj Khalifa- we were picked and dropped at the building too early (at 5.00pm and just left there for 5 hours) no one told us that we would only be allowed into the building at 22hrs). In other words, all the places we visited were fantastic but communication was lacking. I think it would have been better if we had communication from the guides.

Esther and I had a great trip to UAE. We really appreciate the arrangements and prompt responses during the planning process.The itinerary was great. The tour guide (forgotten the name) who took us to the tour of Dubai city was great and communicative and explained in details the history of UAE upto its modern status. The rest of the tour guides kept time but needs to be more engaging- or was it the language barrier? Great overall experience!

We booked Rickshaw for an 8 days tour in Kenya. They were great to work with to set everything up and suggested a fantastic itinerary. Illiyuna was a delight and made everything so easy for us, very accommodating and flexible with some of the tweaks we wanted. Wilson was our guide and was with us the entire time, he was delightful and so knowledgeable! Everywhere we went, the hotels knew him and Rickshaw and we were well taken care of as a result. He was also a safe driver and the safari vehicle was one of the best ones I saw on the roads, in good condition and reliable, which is a must for the Kenyan roads. Wilson made our adventure memorable! We wouldn't change a thing and I am so glad that we went with Rickshaw for this "bucket list" trip. Thank you Rickshaw, we will definitely be back!
