  They couldn't even give me something to pack the item I went for. They gave me a very dirt carrier bag. Firstly the care center response "it's not available" yet the item is well seen online. Unpleasant experience. Change your customer service skills.

  My blender died within a month. Had to take it to the warehouse at Cabanas. Well, customer service was great, but you should consider having more repair centres. Also, turned out it was a design issue. Gladly it was repaired very fast.

  I went to the service centre to have my microwave repaired. Compliments to the service team as I was in and out in less than an hour with the defective part replaced. Keep up the good work

  Your products are the best, I have an experience with the cooker which is the best thing that happened to me in the last part of 2016. Its unique, having a user manual well written in simple language and easy to use. Thanks Ramtoms for the product, I have been able to enjoy the product and have no regrets ever.
