I lack words. Was only there for a night-the town branch and I was totally disappointed. The rate they charge should offer more cleanliness if nothing else.

Great room, good service & lovely food but the hallways are a bit too thin.. not a good idea for a claustrophobic..

Considerable improvement on the conference rooms, reception area and corridors. Have had a face lift done. Still need to work on the air conditioning in the lifts and parking space.

Dumpy. Terrible decor. Not near anything useful. They have no food that is actually advertised on their menu. Rooms from the 1970s. Windows do not close and let in mosquitos. Overall dump. Switched to another hotel after one night.

Out of Mombasa's humid and stuffy air, PrideInn offers a cool and relaxed ambience. Nice location and accessible easily. Fast WiFi, spacious conference rooms. Professional staff. Awesome place!

Well situated, our room was a good size, decent beds. The furniture was nice enough. The room was a little bare and a strange dismantled kitchen connected the room with the bathroom where the window could not be closed. The aircondition and wifi worked well. Staff was not particularly service minded. Reasonably clean. Nice breakfast.
