Convenient place to have a pizza as you proceed to Nyali Golf Club or any other entertainment spot within the Nyali area. They offer fast convenient service. Adjacent to a petrol station hence convenient for a fueling, tyre pressure reload and quick bite🌷

The best Pizza Inn in the whole country.
They are quite generous with the toppings. And the pizzas are quite good. Way better than the ones in Nairobi.
Also unlike the branches in Nairobi, you don't have to pay when placing an order for a pick up. You pay when you pick up your food.
Though the seating space is a bit tight, so it's best for takeout.
Oh. And it's open all day and night. If I'm not wrong. Went there at midnight and at 4am It was still open.
The attendants are polite.
I ordered for Something Meaty, (the mega size) and fries.

Nice place. Only problem that I noticed is that the cashier sometimes also serves you ice cream after handling money with her hands and typing on the computer keyboard.

They say cash money and computer keyboards are some of the dirtiest items around carrying lots of germs..

I'm surprised she picks money from clients, types the order then goes on to handle ice cream cones with her bare hands without washing them and serves you. Jameni..

Was good got recommended to by a friend after learning you had to wait over 2 hours at City Mall😣

For a terrific tuesday it was calm, didn't hear anyone fighting with the staff saying their time was up 30 minutes ago😂😂, it was just all smiles and laughs And friendly staff☺️

Re:Complaint against a rude staff 😥

I called to make an order after getting the number of this branch on the chicken inns website 🖕

I called and a lady pickup ,this lady is so rude and arrogant and it was really hurting ,she was just silent on the phone and after I said hallo hallo hallo three times its when she said something

I went ahead to ask her for clarification if that number belonged to chicken inn Nyali the one at shell ,she went silent again not saying a word but was still on ,after sometime she answered it's the one

I went ahead to tell her I wanted to make an order and that's how this rude lady hang up the phone

First of all that was very rude and very disrespful because it really gave me a bad mood to be treated that way ,the lady should learn people take rudeness emotionally and it hurts a lot because the whole day I was in a good mood only for a phone call I made destroyed it and just made me feel bad for calling in the first place

The number has been availed for customers to make orders but not get bad treatment from such rude employes ,her aim of treating customers that call in that way is not known but it's not good attitude towards the customers and the business as well

And this is my honest review as a very good customer of chicken inn ,am hurt but now am free after writing this review hope they train those workers to treat customers nicely because being rude doesn't help anyone
