The staff was friendly and attentive but the food took a long time to come out of the kitchen and when it was brought, it was the wrong order. The staff around to collect drink orders are very prompt though. The tables are well-kept, some dealers-in-training really slowed down the game which was slightly irritating. One of the nicer casinos in Nairobi though!
