The service has deteriorated . You are served and then the waiters quickly disappear. If you need anything after that - you have to go online , find the hotel phone number and then call to request for a waiter to come and serve you . It can be extremely frustrating. It is a good hotel , I just wish the service can improve

YES A GOOD HOTEL, CLEAN , WIFI GOOD, BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST! LOCATION IS TRICKY THOUGH . MY STAY WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT. MY ROOM WAS SMALL BUT I GUESS THAT WHAT MY MONEY COULD AFFORD. IF AND WHEN NEXT I RETURN TO NAIROBI WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE.
