What you see is something Paul's Cookiemans located on Accra Rd calls a black forest, a stinking spoilt cake to the point of colour tarnish! You cannot tell me that the staff was not aware that the cake had gone bad, this is pure form of disloyalty! Food poisoning is not a matter of their concern as long as profit is gained! I do not care about the mere hundred bob for a black forest, it is the fact that when I got home my kid brother was excited for a piece of cake and by the time I was settling down, already he had consumed a piece. This was before I could inspect the smell and colour! I pray that my brother's health doesn't deteriorate. Paul's Cookiemans, consider your customers health! Cakes are special! Don't ruin them!
Its great
I bought a chocolate cake today and it is stale Such a waste
I liked their Black forest cake. It's the best!
i love the cookies and cakes from this place. Just perfect. only problem is the attendants who talk to you as if you feel honored to receive service from them.
Cookies are sumptuous. The cakes are always soft and fresh but icing is not all that.
Very disappointed, how can they close their stalls before contacting a person who had made order for a birthday cake yet,you left the contactsladies if you have a party or birthday order from them at your own risk
Been buying coconut macaroons here for years, still some of the best cookies in Nairobi.
The cookies are always fresh off the oven and one can make separate orders for birthday cakes and more. They always serve customers fast even during rush hour. The cost for cookies is a bit high though
Best cookies ever
