  My experience is bad
  Your service chatter and the service dont match
  You wait for three hours before getting the service of a doctor
  The last time no one took observation since no staff was available.
  Since 12pm upto now its tgree pm and no doctor has seen us

  At the family health clinic co-ordination is so poor in terms of being attended to one waits for long hours before being attended to
  And as pregnant woman you don’t need to be kept waiting for long they should atleast try did things fast but in terms of services there nyc only that they need to check into time is key

  Orthopedic section - coordination poor, staff attending to their friends and those brought by other staff. Those waiting on line since earlier morning end up waiting for up to 6hrs.
  Please style up and treat people equally. We are all in pain and need help. We also pay our dues.

  Nice hospital but reception area too open for such a cold area. An enclosure for patients at the reception would have helped.
