The same agent was still in employment as late as last week and had the audacity to ask me to send him money having given me no official mpesa till number. I refused to send any money and he then went AWOLon pressing him to start the job, he conveniently rattled off the company's regulations on payments. Could anyone with details of their competion please share them.

They did a great job repairing a leakage in my house's boiler. The first time they did it, the leakage didn't end. However, they were on site for another two days till the problem was permanently fixed.

Never contact this company when you want the plumbing problems in your house fixed.
We have called this company when the water supply system in our house in Runda has developed a problem. Our telephone call was returned with a promise to come and attend the problem promptly. The visit was three times delayed and two times postponed. The company specialist (by the name of Paul) came only three days later. It took him an hour to announce that he can do nothing. My husband was still trying to convince him to continue attempts to identify and fix the problem.
Paul has consulted his company HQ, his colleagues, with no viable option suggested. The best suggestion was to change all the piping system in the house – a brilliant marketing offer!
After four hours of fruitless efforts, he promised to come the following day with someone who he said will be ‘a real specialist’. He has never showed up again and never called. The rating of this company is ‘minus zero’. This company was selected due to the allegedly good reputation and professionalism – we did not get any of those.
