The reception was warm. The animals were readily available to watch. A pride of lions blocked the road:what a lovely site. Rubbing shoulders with rare animals in their natural habitat was breath taking. I miss to go back there, didn't get enough of the place.

A conservancy for the endangered animal species like the white rhino.
Good for tours, camping in the camping sites and ideal camping sites.
It is here where the famous and last male black rhino was being taken care of till its death few weeks ago.
Human race have the obligation to manage and conserve the biodiversity.response / report this review -

We went for a game drive with a personal driver and enjoyed roaming around the Conservancy freely. We watched 7 lionesses and a lion playing and lounging around with Mt Kenya in the background for over an hour, visited the rhinos and spent time with the chimpanzees. Our one year old enjoyed every minute, with frequent stops and friendly guides. A MUST when in Nanyuki!

Incredible, we entered early in the morning and right when we arrived there we saw rhinoceros and elephants. later we saw multiple types of gazelle, water buffalo, lions, hippos, chimpanzee, secretary bird, and zebra. The vistas where so beautiful and the guide was so good at explaining what we were seeing. We even got to pet a rhino!

Incredible conservancy efforts go on here. You can experience incredible animals in their natural habitats. They take donations and you can adopt chimpanzees. You can also stay in the conservatory at one of many lodges or the tented camps.

Did a half day trip to ol pejeta. Next time must stay 2 nights at least to see it all very patiently. It's a beautiful place filled with surprises.

Beautiful, secluded serenity. More resort and lodges inside of Olpejeta but Comfort Garden Hotel just at the entrance was amazing!!

Beautiful place to tour with family or friends. No shortage of animals. The high of the trip was watching the chimps . They all have seemed to have personalities. Good work.

Wonderful conservancy where they are doing great conservation work. Enjoyed seeing the chimps and visiting the last remaining Northern White Rhinos. Game drives were fun and the murram roads were well marked and generally well maintained

well the park rates are affordable easily accessible, good roads plenty of wildlife, my time here saw plenty of wildlife, visited the chimp santuary and the rhino sanctuary, one of the best place to visit in kenya

I enjoyed my visit to OlPajeta Conservancy. I would highly recommend a visit for the part i home to a wide range of animal species,including Sudan;a northern white male rhino. Ensure to visit the chimps sanctuary and keep a distance from the fence while there. Don't miss the equator,stop by the sign post on the main road and conduct the "two matchsticks" experiment.

Spent a couple of weeks here on a EarthWatch research expedition looking at habitat conflicts between the black rhinos on the conservancy and elephants. It was a great place to live and work and get involved with the local economy and people. The staff, especially the cooks and John our guard, were amazing people. This was a great education; everything from counting branches on acacia trees to learning about cattle farming. The wild life experiences were amazing, and the view of MT Kenya from my doorway every morning was a beautiful way to wake up. Meeting the Northern White Rhinos was quite an experience.
