  Worst experience. Zero customer service.
  They are negligent of the patient needs and very eager of the money.
  I experienced this at the doctors plaza at equity.
  Waited for a doctor for close to 3 hours yet I had an appointment .
  The doctors are always busy elsewhere and yet give appointments.
  Never again!!!!!

  Am so disappointed with this hospital no doctors you have to wait for hours for a doctor,then the restrictions are petty to a point you cant take tea to your loved one despite hawapeani..i wouldnt recommend anyone to go there.

  If you want shiet treatment ranging from rude nurses to lack of Doctors, then go to this hospital. My Dad was admitted here and it was our worst experience in years. The few doctors who come around are also very rude and not a single day did they disclose to our Dad on what was ailing him. This is despite all the cash we paid since they are a category C hospital and therefore NHIF only caters partially for the Bill. I would not recommend for anyone to visit them.The photo appearing here is very old. Things have changed and the parking is some few meters far which wouldn't be convenient if you have an emergency or a patient in critical condition.
