OAK PLACE CONFERENCE AND TRAINING CENTER, This facility is Located within a cool,environment for holding, seminars, workshops, trainings, conferences and also it covers other services like, well planned team building, social parties like, wedding dinner, birthday party, graduation ceremony,fundraising ceremony and lodging facility. The Environment is highly qualified with professionalism and security systems and personnel is well monitored. Costs for every package is friendly considering the services rendered. Parking is amble and parking card with numbers, hence at the gate a register book for details documentation of all parking details. CONGRATULATIONS, STAFFS AND MANAGEMENT OF OAK PLACE CONFERENCE AND TRAINING CENTER.

Highly recommend it.
The serenity. The amazing welcome at the entrance. Great swimming pool. Very picturesque we have covered many functions here and the pictures speak volumes.

Well, the reception is nice, good appearance of the gardens and spacious for kids to play around.
HOWEVER, the services in terms of food is not appealing at all. Food takes waaaay to long to be served, we kept waiting for almost 2hrs just for quite a small amount of food!! The waiters/waitresses serving is just poor. Highly overrated Prices compared to the services we get, some of the drinks in the menu are of different prices from what the system generates in the receipt!! At least inform the customer of any changes made but they have not yet been updated on the menu.
Please take the feedback given seriously or esle no one would recommend this place to their friends/family in future.response / report this review -

I attended a graduation ceremony here. First of all the grounds are amazing. Beautiful out door space that is big enough to accommodate several different events.
There's plenty of activities for kids at no additional cost. There's a giant chess board for the adults as well that is a fun activity if you're with friends.
It's quiet and serene and can make a great venue for weddings as well.

Had several work conferences. The buffet is the best food I've eaten in Nairobi so far. Good outdoor activities for kids. Good place for a date or family time.

I organised for an event but the hotel did not deliever as agreed. Attempts to get a refund dragged on for long with a lot of back and forth. Eventually I was only given a voucher. Beautiful grounds but service has to match the beauty.

This is so far the worst restaurant me and my family have been to so far!!we had lunch there today and the experience was a cry for help.first we were served 'fresh' juice that i presume had been in the fridge for a considerable amount of time.it was disgusting and smelly!we asked for an exchange and surprisingly they had fresh juice which they had purposely refused to serve us in the beginning for God knows what reason.secondly,the mukimo we were served was off!must have been left overs from the previous day !we sent it back again.this time demanded to see the manager who could not be bothered to come until 20mins later!!all this time the waitress had also disappeared.so we ended up eating meat without any accompaniment!thirdly,we had ordered mashed potatoes and tomato soup for the kids.we were only served the potatoes..we had to mix these with milk and feed the babies as they were already getting restless and impatient.mark you all this while the waiter had demanded we pay our bill before she brings the food claiming its the hotel's policy!!what a waste of our 8 thousand shillings!!!definitely never setting foot there again!
