1. There was no stock the day I went to purchase and had to wait for about 2 hours.
2. I had been told on a prior visit that to colour the wig was free only to go on the day I was buying that I had to buy my own dye.
3. Yet again on the day I was doing my hair I was told that it's free after I had already bought the hair dye.
4. Again after being told that once I bought the hair that everything else is free, I was charged to put a band.
5. I was not going to be issued with a receipt for the band until I requested for it.
6. In a nutshell, after spending 30,000, I felt buyer's remorse due to the whole handling.
This is premium product one is investing in therefore please advise your clients clearly of the process flow and any additional costs that one may incur instead of saying free free free when that is not the case.
