  It's u public garden. Just used by General public. Mostly passers by. And people resting here and there. Sometimes meetings are held here. In the open. And sometimes government officers make tents here for promotions etc. Rarely

  Nice park, clean washrooms but you pay. Access free WiFi provided by County Government. Few benches, but you can relax on green grass well kept
