Though was there for a day. Meaning 12hours+ awaiting approval for change of worn out tyres, you need to improve on your service delivery and prioritize customer on basis of first come first served, can't wait for a day just to tell me to come tomorrow and have been there for a day and individual cases are handled as first class.. Though working hard and genuine service delivery, guys keep the spirit up and God will see you through. Amen
