  I visited kitale branch and it was the worst service that a human could ever have. The attendants or whatever they are called were very slow, talking on their own cell phones when people are sitting in line waiting to be attended for. One of them was on her cell phone for 45 minutes. People have lives, they have health issues that need to be attended for. Please, this need to change!!!
