It's alright, nothing much to write home about. Rather pricey and their elevator seems permanently out of service. Otherwise, they have a varied and rather good product selection.

Easily the biggest supermarket this side of mount Kenya, Take the escalator upstairs stroll through a jungle of clothes, toys, hardware utensils or stay on the ground floor for all sorts of food stuffs and general merchandise. Visit the mini phone Xpress for a new phone. One thing is for sure, you won't squeeze yourself amongst other shoppers, the alleys are wide and convenient. If you feel like it try something from their kitchen or even some freahtbread

I liked the fast food restaurant where one can eat and relax while waiting for someone if you have just gotten to the town from a long safari. Of course the supermarket is another reason to go there!

Nyeri Naivas is one of the best supermarkets in Nyeri town. Their coffee is absolutely amazing. They have all in one under one roof. From housed to building materials to schools materials. Their customers are kept well by their attendants who are on top of their game in customer service. I highly recommend all.

Its the only tier 1 franchise supermarket in Nyeri. They could do better by stocking more products that are found in their supermarkets located in major towns. At least i can see improvements on coffee products.

Currently the biggest supermarket in Nyeri town. You are sure to get whatever goods you seek in this supermarket. If you want a quick bite, there is a dining area inside the supermarket where you can enjoy local delicacies prepared by highly skilled chefs. Lots of cashier's so you won't waste time in the queues. There is a parking space though it's a bit small. Great security though. All in all, a one stop mart for all your shopping needs.

Go shopping there, services are good and you can get almost everything. Adequate parking for customers though you need to be directed where it is if visiting the town for the first time. Cabs available outside the supermarket and they have a customer service track.

It is a spacious supermarket with a wide variety of products. It was an enjoyable experience. Parking including underground is available. Their bakery and restaurants offer top notch food at affordable prices.

Great variety, great selection. One of the main reasons I live shopping here is the availability of the free parking space at the basement. Given its location in the central if the town, it is so rare to find parking places. Its next to the bus stop in case you want to use the public transport and here are taxis around the place. They also have a cafe and offer variety of delicacies to take away, or even partake at the supermarket.

One of the best shopping places. Spacious enough allowing free flow of customers. Many tellers to who receive payments, and assistants to help package your shopping. Available loyalty scheme earning you points when you shop. Multiple methods of payment accepted, including M-Pesa, Visa, MasterCard, Cash, etc.

Very well organised and the largest shopping area in the entire Nyeri town. It's spacious basement parking has made it the most preferred destination. Customer service is good with security well enhanced. Variety of stocks is all I enjoy. I shouldn't forget their free transport services for bulky goods.

I had a bad experience with the attendants, it made me not even buy what I needed .
You should not place items ifthey are not to be sold.
And if otherwise the attendants shouldn't be rude.
