This is the best food market in Eastern Africa (probably in in Africa at large.) Their services are world-class. Parking is ample and secure. There is accessibility of parking and entrance by people with disabilities. There is a very clean rest room for their customers. There is enough tills and cashiers so usually no long queues like in other shopping outlets. Hygiene is of high class and very friendly staff members.

About the best shopping experience in a supermarket in Kenya. The layout is excellent and the product offer varied. The downside is that the price is little more than you'd pay in other stores. There bakery churns fresh breads, fresh veges, fruits and meats and you can dry their dry cereals and nuts from as los as 100g! My kids loved it.

What I love about this supermarket is the free open spacious and ample parking. The supermarket also has very fresh fruits and vegetables.

However, the supermarket is not very big and you are unlikely to get more than just gloceries.

What I dont like about this supermarket is that staff are not very friendly. The most irritating this is that staff chat between themselves as they serve you.

I had a great time at the new java house in Ciata city mall. The place is lively and also their customer service is great.

Also Naivas supermarket is stocked with all what you need so its shopping everything under one roof.

The fittings and design of this particular Naivas outlet are outstanding. It is clear that this store is focussed more on farm produce than packed foods right from the moment you enter it. The use of natural earthy colours throughout the fresh food section is very appealing and pleasant to the eye. Mind you, produce is in plenty and the staff are helpful, right from the security officers at the entrance.
Unlike other supermarkets, I discovered that this particular one has a seating area where one can enjoy the ready made meals that are on sale. Quite unique.

If you happen to buy cooked pilau rice (which is great by the way) & happen to find it a bit dry then ask for a spoonful of whatever stew to make it a little wet, they charge that! I find that a little odd Its not always about the money guys.

The store has come from far. They are the closest I have seen of a local store matching carrefour. Great customer service at the checkout than carrefour and I hope they keep it up. Great variety from pastry groceries to local foods. You can even pick an event cake on the go without prior ordering
