It's a good place. Just that due to the bulging number of people travelling and those who are around the place to receive their guests, family and friends, the place has to be expanded so that people won't end up lacking space to enjoy the services

Visit the Chinese restaurant. They can even make dishes not on the menu. Great portions and quick service. A must stop whenever I travel overseas.

I visit this place frequent when i have to catch a flight. But there are few things I don't like. The place is small and crapped and the waiters always look over worked and at most time it takes long to get service here. Last time I was here I complained to the management but guess what they didn't even care to apologise. For that they get 2 starts

Good place for a coffee, tea, shake, smoothie or frappe. They also serve burgers, quesadillas, chicken wings and sandwiches or pies. Typical BLT is ok. Flat white is very good.
Service is very nice, friendly, and fast.

We waited to be seved for more than 45 minutes. This was in December 27, 2017 at around 9pm. The server was serving people he knew and not by arrival time. After waiting for half hour I went to the counter to ask why it was taking so long he answered by saying all the machines were not working even though he was serving other people. We were 8 of us who were waiting to be served and we left after 45 mins with the worst experience at a Java House. The staff had very poor customer service skills and should not be working where they don't understand how to treat and respect customers. Very bad experience.👎👎👎

I love the crisp breast chicken salad with nuts. Good portions and fair service. For those who take alcohol, you can do so at this Java.

Had to wait on this airport for 8 hours. We sat down at Java House and eventually stayed there the full 8 hours. Had breakfast, lunch and dinner at Java House. The food is good and you get value for money! The staff is just so friendly! 👍🏻

This would be a 4-star review, for after all you know what you're getting when you step into any Java in Kenya, but their piggy-backing on the airport wi-fi (which gives you a paltry 15 minutes worth of free surfing) is simply a stingy form of marketing. Why not get your own router, like any other outlet?

Pleasant restaurant at the Nairobi Airport. The portions were huge and the food was delicious. We ordered an omlette, burger, sandwich and a brownie sundae which all tasted really good.
