Av been here twice and I can confirm that the service here is very poor,the first time I came around 4 am, the receptionist called the doc incharge(who was obviously not in the hosp)and explained that they was a patient waiting,the doc asked the name of the kid and how she was feeling over the phone and the receptionist wrote down the prescription according to how the doc told her to,I insisted to have my kid checked since the high fevers were now becoming a routine thing,then the receptionist told me that the same doc that she has called is the one who will come to examine my kid..the doc was told that av insisted to see him and in less than 20min he came..he questioned and observed the kid with no test done the same meds were prescribed!!took the meds and headed back home with my kid.
Yesterday around 7:30 went back my kid having the same symptoms,had given her some meds to reduce the fever before I went to the hospitalso we saw the doc and explained that the fever ,vomit and cough is still persisting,he said the temp was normal 37.1 ,
I told him it's only reducing coz had given her some meds to reduce the fever and added that was there previously on same issues so I needed her to get some test to see what the real issue is..with no test was prescribed meds ,
Honestly this is least I cud have expected of this hospital having choose it on nhif for my kid,I have no option but to change the hospital coz I don't feel like it gives a damn about it's patients .response / report this review -

This place is terrible. My sister had an emergency while giving birth(she had to go through CS) AND this people provided very poor services. They won't attend to emergencies urgently. The food is Terrible.. And the end of the day they end up overcharging you and giving you half baked solutions .
Also they don't have enough facilities to be honest. They kept asking us to buy drugs from outside since they didn't have. Then the day the baby was discharged they Did not even inject the Baby The BCG injection.
I rather be in a public hospital than go back to the so called 'private hospital'response / report this review -

My mom was there for a few weeks. The place is clean.but the toilets could use a latch for users privacy. Just a nail would do
