A well equipped shopping center providing an almost one stop shopping 🛒 experience for all your household needs at a very pocket friendly price. The staff are friendly and helpful. The isles are very well marked and organized ensuring a more quick and prompt shopping experience. If ever in the neighborhood hood I highly recommend this place. One of the few things wrong with this place is that it's almost always busy and crowded so service can be very slow at times.

Best of the best. Very friendly staff especially the guys in beef butchery,dark cashier at the cosmetic section is very helpful, friendly prices, It's just magical shopping in Naivas. Keep it up guys

I love shopping at Naivas Utawala, fair prices, conducive environment and spacious,

My concerns are at the checkout, accumulated trolleys, cashier fail to clean the till before allowing another customer, maybe milk, or flour dirty. Delayed password when need be. Too much stories at the parkers.

Outside, charges of parking are putting of customers, you need to shop for a product worthy 800 yet you have only that amount, due to long queues, you go to pay 100 bob parking which you may not have, this causes we to leave the product to ensure we pay on 50 bob and proceed to next super.
