This is certainly the best appointed and tallest commercial building in the North Rift region though the top floor houses two extremely large penthouses. The client certainly did their homework from energy to safety to communication facilities to large parking space.
I was impressed by the solar farm on the roof top which is being used to heat water as well as provide lighting the common areas. It is also ready wired with fiber connectivity and fire suppression equipment.
The developer is Moi University Pension Scheme and they are selling space not leasing it.
