Good availability of grocery and shopping during market days. Its however has a lot of cones and petty thieves.

this is one of the best places for weekend outing, very good environment when you want to be out of the noisy urban centres like the capital city of Nairobi

Look at the entire town as a little shopping mall, lol! Stop over at Farmers restaurant while on your way to the Maasai Mara. Place of mixed cultures as the town initially bordered the Kipsigis and Maasai Community.
