Though located far from the main tarmacked road, the houses are really beautiful with great breeze.
They include fully furnished holiday homes and rental houses too. The huge estate has a gym, swimming pool, restaurant, bar and mini supermarket. Ample parking space is available too

Great place but they should beef up their security. Tenants stuff got stolen in the house at night. Good thing the tenant could personally track the thief using their phone tracking app.

Best place you can be
Quite serene enviroment, spacious and classy houses with all bedrooms en suitewell manicured flower gardens mud/loose gravel/sand is unheard of during the rainy season as every walkway has been paved cleanliness is guaranteed

Awesome place to be away from the hustle and bustle of Mtwapa. It has an awesome swimming place, kitchen with cabinets, lots of charging portals, security is tight you have to sign for arrival and departure. By leaving your identity card. If brought by a means of transport other than on foot.

The pool is also adjacent to the gym's washrooms. At a walking distance you can access Greenwood resort. Still asking around if the beach is close by ..been told of ''hundreds'' of beaches around but haven't gone to any. WIll update.

There is designated space for gym, salon or bar so if you are business savvy, you're welcome.

Downside: it can become very dark. Despite residents praising mtwapa to be a 24 hour business hub 98 percent were sure I could walk any time of day while others were sceptical of this op. So, mixed reaction. Better safe than sorry, arrive home early or in three wheelers, motorcycle or personal vehicle (from where you are coming from).

There are two bedrooms with a bathroom for guests that won it for me!

Did I mention it's in a serene quiet environment?So if you write like me, you will find this a business hub for your businesshaha

Nicely finished and spacious apartments. The swimming pool is very clean and well maintained and surrounded by ( young) palmtreees.
