  There's a helicopter hangar right next to the apartment complex! Possible noise during take off and and landing with visible dust settled on the exterior walls, balconies and hanging lines.

  Stayed here for 8 months and my experience was good. This modern housing technology has an excellent interior finish that i admit. The bedrooms are ensuite and the price for me was betrer than Nairobi county for a similar house. Good basement parking slot but unfortunately no lifts but still you dont get rained on on a rainy day. Allocated parking spaces. When i left i was able to get my deposit fully reimbursed after restoring everything to how i found it. Only risky part was the basement parking did flood once and that hopefully has been rectified

  Great and spacious rental houses with ample parking. however they're a bit expensive as per market value.They often hiking their rent with no ample notice

  An up market, fenced, patrolled, secure apartment complex with 24Hr gate security. Mostly three bedrooms, master en suite and main bathroom; reasonably spacious.
  Construction is precast concrete slab erection only four floors high. The construction method of slab concrete lends itself to muting sounds from neighbours and external sources.
  The apartment complex is only 500 metres from Ruiru town centre and 800 metres to the Thika Super Highway.
