If there was an option of negative stars I would have given them that. The doctor kept us waiting for 7 hours then he asked for a 3D X- ray without consulting me and expects me to dish out 6000ksh for it. Worst experience ever!!!

Professionalism has been thrown out of the window. Practitioners negligence, they mess your tooth and they want you to pay to address, appointment timings that are never fulfilled. Will never recommend anyone to go there. Electricity house clinic in cbd.

I had excellent service at the Lenana road clinic, the Doctor was patient, keen, friendly. He took time to explain and made sure I understood the process. His assistant was amazing as well. At the reception I was received so well. I will definitely refer others. Excellent service.

I had a wisdom tooth removed right now and it was the most painless, quick and hustle free tooth procedure ever. I have a future procedure in a week, I wish they could do it today but the doctor said I need to wait. Am never going to any other dental clinic 😁

This place has no regards for customer service at all. I discontinued my root canal treatment at this place after less than 7 seven days and had to go and complete the procedure at another dental practice because the quality of service at Molars is just unbearable. They will make you wait for hours regardless of whether you have booked an appointment or not and if you raise a complaint they will just say the doctor who was supposed to see you 'feel ill' and didn't make it to work that day. Moreover, appointments booked on their online system are never honored. Any formal complaints raised will just be ignored.

Please do not waste your time and resources on this clinic.

I recently discontinued my orthodontic treatment at Molars, having been a patient for over 3 years. The waiting time averages 4-8 hrs regardless of whether one had booked an appointment prior. The head dentist has poor time management skills and does not honor appointments. He also lacks respect for patients requests and does whatever he feels is right despite the patient expressing their dissatisfaction. The nurses however, are friendly and some receptionists are sympathetic with the long hours patients are forced to endure.

My only regret is that I took so long to leave. I genuinely would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Very welcoming and fast when you're coming on board. After getting onboard, appointments will be delayed!! and y'all will be queueing with complaints of 'so, how much longer?' What's the point of an appointment when you cannot keep time? Poor management from the dentists down to the receptionists!
