Great place looking out on the waterfalls. The hotel is great for backpackers. Do not expect luxury, this is a local hotel, but enjoy the sound of the waterfall. Although it is situated some 200 meter from the highway you will not hear the traffic. From the hotel you have allso a great view on the surrounding hills. The hotel offers guided tours. The owner is a very friendly guy. Driving on the highway coming from Embu, a road sign some 3 km before entering Runyenjes indicates the way. If you do not stay it is worth to pay it a visit.
