A friend came there. Blood Poisoning. An Emergency. They told the friend to queue until they have time. The day ended, he was told to come back next day. He died. I call these doctors murderers!!!
Good service
I had a pathetic experience with this hospital and ended up losing a relative.
Very relaxed doctors and nurses who have to be begged to attend to a patient.
Selling medicine inside the facility and worse off unwilling to administer it to the patients.
Don't take your patient there.
POOR SERVICE!!
Lack of necessary medical equipments like Xray and occasionally simple blood tests, and commonly prescribed medications, makes Mbagathi look like a level 2 (village) hospital. Yes the doctors work hard and do their best but there is only so much they can do under such demoralizing conditions. For God's sake Mbagathi is in Nairobi, the heart of the nation, labeled a "subcounty" hospital! Shame on the administration and overseers for not doing enough! Shame on corrupt leaders!
A good learning experience in a resource limited area.
No!
Grossly understaffed, long waiting times and limited facilities.
please if you have medical cover or you are able finance your bills please look for somewhere else but not mbagathi especially maternity wing.
Tried to turn away a dying street child.
Nice hospital
It’s in poor condition and is always packed. But I guess that’s the governments fault
