Nice quiet place, affordable, good is okay, clean. WiFi at reception area, not available in rooms, that's what bothered me. Staff are OK, rooms are clean, spacious, quiet, good safe parking.

The single star is for the food at the restaurant where the service is fine with hospitable staff. As for the rooms, the instant shower not working in the room I got, pillow cases not provided only to follow up and wait for them. The room not well prepared. Compared to some other hotels in Eldoret, they are trying, but still, not the last option for one visiting The City. They had to give me water in a bucket!!!! NOGOZONE
