Worst service ever!

Great potential However it takes forever to get food. 2 weeks ago I was there with a colleague. His order came after 40 minutes and I was still waiting. When he had finished, my food was brought - chips and kuku choma. After waiting 1 1/2 hours,the chicken was sitting in a pool of blood. The best the restaurant could do was say "pole". I took the chicken and chips home to finish cooking. Upon arrival, I found a cooked piece of chicken. Waiters make themselves "busy" chatting with other restaurant personnel and the only way you can get their attention - to ask for something that you need or want to order or to get the bill is to get up from the table and go to the waiter. They never actually pay attention to the patrons standing with their backs to them.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken, which was anything but! Total rip off.

Don't try ordering from their so called Chinese palate, it's a rip off. Too much dough, little chicken. Staff are noisy so it lacks the ambience that it boldly speaks of.

Took my food 30mins to get to the table which is long. Secondly ordered the Ganbao Chicken and it was too hot and spiced with hot pepper. I couldn't eat it hence I had to put it in a 2go box. Actually they didn't even have a take away package apart from a plastic plate with your food in it and a thin film to cover it and avoid spillage. Finally, it has a well designed interior hence why I gave them 2 stars and not 1 but wasn't impressed with the food in any way. Deep disappointment!
