A big National reserve, probably the best in Kenya among all other national park in Kenya. Can't describe the beauty in words. Our safari driver was experienced the he was the boss in his job. Located almost everything of the big 9 expect rhinos and leopard. The weather was perfect, clear and sunny. So we had the best chance to take good quality pictures. Within half and hour of the start of our safari our safari located lion for us. Overall a must visit place for the wildlife lover.

Words can describe how amazing this park is. The views were majestic, animals far and wide. Saw 4 of the big 5 here. Beautiful sunsets. Everything just felt perfect. It is recommend to be here for at least 3 days but preferably more. Within 20 seconds of entering the park saw a giraffe standing in the middle of the road.

One of the beautiful places I have seen. The scenery is just so beautiful. If youre lucky enough you will also get to see live kills. A very beautiful place, a must for all travelers. Visited there in 2013.

Most beautiful park we visited in Kenya and Tanzania. Beautiful park and we saw the complete big five. The roads are extremely bad during the rain season. It is even with a 4*4 very hard. Extremely friendly people!

It's a dream designed any wildlife photographer. We visited and the very same night it rained heavily. It was not rained like this as per local resort persons and Masai villagers in last 10 years. But still the park was so great that it gave us enough opportunities to shoot wildlife like lion pride, leopard, cheetah and many herbivores like topi, giraffe, impala Thompson gazelle, zebra and many more

An incredible place to visit, in our two days roaming around in our own vehicle without a guide we saw many herds of elephants, quite a few lions, hippos in their pools, giraffes, a dung beetle! zebras, and so much more. The roads can be treacherous, you must have a study 4 x 4 and there are quite a few water crossings, so be prepared! We had an amazing time here and highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit.

A must visit for all nature enthusiasts. One of the best game reserves in the world, with Aug - Sep being its peak season. Try and stay within the park and go on full day safaris till Mara River. Full of wildlife. You should be able to see big 5. One of the nature's wonders the great migration is a sight not to be missed. The park entry fee is on higher side (about $70per day per person) so plan your trip accordingly.

Best place to see most of animals in two days
Its a great site with many small hills and ups and downs to make things more interesting rather than a plain landscape.
We spend two nights and three days and saw the big 5 and many more. Its about 4-5 hours drive from Nairobi with a very rough road for the last 2 hours as the main road is being rebuilt and extended.
In Masai mara you can see the animals from a very close distance. Its best to go early morning 6-9 to see the animals and their actions from last night. We saw hyenas eating a carcass and lions eat their prey.
June and July is the period to see great migration crossing Mara river. We went there is December so there was not much happening in the river apart from hippos and crocodiles being around.

Can also see Masai village and their life style which is really interetsing

Absolutely impressive. You see Out of Africa and try to imagine how it could really be. But when you feel the air in the morning, get the smells and see the colours In that moment you know that you're in love forever. Imagine that feeling, filling you from head to toes, and go to see the lions on hunt, 5 in the morning, an enormous sun greeting you from beyond the horizon line Well, I can't say in words what it meant to me. A lot of wild fauna, incredible environment.

Amazing amazing amazing whatever u see on Nat Geo, same can be experienced first hand at Masai Park. If you are lucky the Big Five can be spotted on same day. Unfortunately we missed out on Rhino. It is for sure a must visit to experience the wild life and get up close with these beautiful creatures.

Had a fantastic time here with faro tours whilst volunteering in Kenya. Fantastic experience and was so lucky to be so close to the wild life. You can also visit a Masai tribe whilst you are there if you ask your tour company. Overall fantastic and if you are in Kenya you have to go on safari!

Too pricey with very bad roads. We drove in ourselves but the whole park is setup to deter the do it yourself-Er. Animals were abundant. Some gate staff were very friendly while others didn't know how many fingers were on the tip of their hand. The east half and west half are under two different management companies which gives you some trickery with paying at one side and going into the other.

The natural beauty and animals are amazing and worth the trip. It would be nice to see the park reduce its fees to attract more people and improve their roads. $80 per person per 24 hr period plus vehicle fees.

Saw wildebeests, zebra, buffalo, impala, hartebeast, leopard, elephant, giraffe, eland, goana, vervet, baboon.

I found the local Masai too aggressive with their begging, flat out asking for 1000 shillings and the kids constantly begging for sweets. It's hard to distinguish true friendliness from people who want to give you fake hospitality or bad info to be followed by a request for money.
